(OOC) The Land of Lightning Characters

1) Doske Getsuga

Gender: Male
Age: 16
Current Status: Alive
Doske Getsuga is secretly a jonin level shinobi from the Hidden Cloud village.  Doske and his team have been sent on a mission to infiltrate the Hidden Leaf (posing as genin) and enter the Chunin exams. The goal of their mission is not yet known.  Doske serves as the leader of his three man squad since their former sensei died in battle several years ago.  Doske is actually grandson of Darui.

2) Zantu Yoshamaru

Gender: Male
Age: 17
Current Status: Alive
Zantu Yoshamaru is secretly a jonin level shinobi from the Hidden Cloud village.  Zantu and his team have been sent on a mission to infiltrate the Hidden Leaf (posing as genin) and enter the Chunin exams. The goal of their mission is not yet known. Zantu is the brains of his group.  While Doske is more likely to react quickly and aggressively, Zantu will analyze every situation carefully in an effort to find the best possible course of action.  Zantu is very prejudice towards Leaf Ninja.  He feels they're too prideful and arrogant.

3) Nao Vakima

Gender: Female
Age: 16
Current Status: Deceased (killed by Ayano in chapter 3)
Nao Vakima is secretly a jonin level shinobi from the Hidden Cloud village.  Nao and her team have been sent on a mission to infiltrate the Hidden Leaf (posing as genin) and enter the Chunin exams. The goal of their mission is not yet known.  Nao's techniques are centered around her Storm Style (aka Gale Style) Kekkei Genkai.

4) D

Gender: Male
Age: 33
Current Status: Alive
D, originally named Bando Cai, is a Jonin level shinobi from Kumogakure, and the Jinchuriki of the 8 tails.  D was given his name by the previous Raikage, who was known for giving people letters as names.  B, the previous Jinchuriki, found himself with a terminal illness and was forced to give up the 8 tails to his best student, Bando.  Unlike A or B, D was always very quiet and introverted.  However, his skills as a shinobi were excellent.  Now as a grown man, D serves directly under the current Raikage.  D stands at 7 feet tall and weighs over 300 pounds.  His strength can be compared to that of the previous Raikage.

5) Hiro Nakamura

Gender: Male
Age: 19
Current Status: Alive
Once a skilled cloud jonin, Hiro went rouge after finding secret document belonging to the new Raikage. Hiro became the two-tails by chance or as he likes call it: bad luck. Skilled in many kind close-ranged and long-ranged jutsu Hiro makes use of genjutsu to confuse and scatter large groups of enemy. As a rouge ninja Hiro makes a living as a freelance mercenary and bodyguard for many kinds of groups.

6) Anon

Gender: Male
Age: 35
Current Status: Deceased (Killed by Konohamaru in chapter 3)
Anon is the 5th Raikage of the Hidden Cloud Village.  Although he battles as a heavy fighter, wielding a large hammer, his speed can be compared to that of the previous two Raikages.  About 2 years after he became the Raikage, people noticed a change in Anon's decision making.  He became more aggressive and less willing to support or receive support from the Hidden Leaf Village.  Anon also hired Hiro, the runaway Jinchuriki, quite often to do missions, which many people saw as very shady business.

Team Zeku

7) (Left) Vashren
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Current Status: Alive
Vashren is a Jonin level shinobi from the Hidden Cloud Village.  Strangely, Vashren has mastered the art of flight as well as the use of black lightning.  He graduated at the top of his class and has been nicknamed "Dark Thunder."  Since the alliance of the Land of Lightning and the Akatsuki, Vashren and his teammates have been given the task of protecting one of the Akatsuki's bases in the land of sound.  Vashren is a member of team Zeku.

8 ) (Middle) Zeku
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Current Status: Alive
Zeku is a Jonin level shinobi from the Hidden Cloud Village.  Zeku is the son of C, one of the 4th Raikage's top men.  Like his father, Zeku specializes in sensory ninjutsu, allowing him to sense the chakra of other shinobi.  Unlike his father, however, Zeku is cocky and less serious.  Since the alliance of the Land of Lightning and the Akatsuki, Zeku and his teammates have been given the task of protecting one of the Akatsuki's bases in the land of sound.  Zeku is the leader of team Zeku.

9) (Right) Henry
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Current Status: Alive
Henry is a Jonin level medical ninja from the Hidden Cloud Village.  Henry is one of the Land of Lightning's top medical ninja, with healing skills close to that of Tsunade.  Henry can be quite cowardly at times, usually trying to avoid a battle if at all possible.  Therefore, he was greatly distressed when his team was sent on this mission.  However, recognizing his duties as a shinobi, Henry has not backed down from a fight yet.  Since the alliance of the Land of Lightning and the Akatsuki, Henry and his teammates have been given the task of protecting one of the Akatsuki's bases in the land of sound.  Henry is a member of team Zeku.

10) Mienna

Gender: Female
Age: 17
Current Status: Alive
Mienna is a Jonin level shinobi from the Hidden Cloud Village.  Mienna is the daughter of Omoi and Karui.  Mienna is spunky, energetic, and even in a battle, always positive.  Mienna was taught to always be loyal to the Raikage, as a result, she wasn't at all hesitant when given the mission to invade the Hidden Leaf village.  Although Mienna comes across as innocent, she can be lethal if underestimated.

11) Derik

Gender: Male
Age: 18
Current Status: Deceased (Killed by Mugen in chapter 3)
Derik is a Chunin level shinobi from the Hidden Cloud Village.  Derik has never really liked people of the Hidden Leaf Village, so he jumped at the chance to invade the Land of Fire during the chunin exams.  Derik has always been in favor of a strong military, and thinks the only way for the Cloud to rise above all other villages is to prove itself to be the most superior military power in the world.
