"I would be happy to speak with your council," said Wiwoka, "It is necessary that your leaders know the severity of what is really going on here."
Re: (IC) Chapter 2: Lumea
"I for one don't see why we need these outsiders," Aedre said harshly, "Mericana has fought the empire for 6 years now and just cause these heartless things show up now we need help."

“Because WE have the necessary means of beating them," Shiro replied with equal harshness. “We have more knowledge about the Heartless, and there reason of being here." Well, isn't SHE all rainbows and sunshine, Shiro thought sarcastically. At that moment, he had a feeling they weren't going to get along well.
“Besides," Aida added, “you should have seen what we can do. I assure you, we won't be a burden

"And as Shiro stated," said Wiwoka, "We actually have the means of defeating them. No matter how strong your forces are, the heartless will just keep coming and you will eventually be overwhelmed. The only way to stop them is to seal the keyhole so that they will no longer have a reason to be here."

"Why don't you try to be easy, princess," Royce said in a calm tone, "if we ain't need their help professor wouldn't have brought them here." "An outsider like you would never understand, Royce," Aedre says to him. "That's enough Aedre," exclaimed the admiral. It was clear to everyone that the young girl had went to far, but Royce simply smiled and said, "if you wanna fight alone that's your choose, but the rest of us would turn down good help when needed." Aedre looked at Royce's calm demeanor and began to feel ashamed of what she had said. "Let's just go to the school," Aedre says as she turns and walks toward the car.

“Hold on, what exactly are we going there for?” Aida asked.
“Who cares?" Shiro scoffed, “Let's just get this done and over with, so we can get out of here." With that, he stomped off towards the car after Aedre. Aida followed after some hesitation.

Re: (IC) Chapter 2: Lumea
Once inside the car, the group rode through the futuristic metropolis filled with hundreds of thousands of people. During the ride the admiral made phone calls setting up their meeting with the Elder Council while the told Wiwoka the local customs. “Alright we’re here,” says the admiral as the car pulls in front of the City Hall, “the elders are waiting for us.” “The rest of should hurry to the Academy,” Kagura said to the others as she and Wiwoka left the car.
After entering the building and be check by security the trio was let into a room with a long table where 5 men sat waiting. As Admiral Aylmore enter the room he stood at attention and saluted, “SIRS, I HAVE BROUGHT THE HOMXENON MAGE AND ACADEMY TEACHER TO SPEAK WITH YOU,” he exclaimed. The men returned his salute before telling him and the others to take a seat. “I am High Elder David Hackett,” said the older man in the middle, “Since the beginning of this war I served as leader of this city.”

"It is a pleasure to meet you sir," replied Wiwoka, "I assume you know why we are here?"
Re: (IC) Chapter 2: Lumea
"Indeed I do," Hackett said with a concerned look on his face, "the new yokai you call: Heartless. Believe it or not this isn't our first time dealing with those things." "About a year ago the heartless attacked villages belong to our neighbors to the west," said one of the old men, "The monsters were hunting an killed by the tribesmen warriors and our a few soldiers." "Back then we thought that they were no different then other yokai but now the empire are using them as stock troops," Hackett says, "with them those damned Imperials took the Dwarven city-state Mardorahl. We've have been on the defensive ever since."

Re: (IC) Chapter 2: Lumea
"I see," replied Wiwoka, "So the heartless have been here for quite some time. I assume the leader of the Imperials has knowledge about the heartless and the key holes like we do, so the Empire is probably looking for the keyhole as well. The best plan of action is to take out the enemy leader. For whatever reason the legendary keyblade wielder would usually find the keyhole soon after defeating the top villain in a particular universe. Sorry if I'm confusing you with any of this."
Re: (IC) Chapter 2: Lumea
"So you're saying we should take the offensive," asked one of the other old men. "Sir, with our numbers we can only protect the city," said the admiral, "and we can't even reach our allies in the city-states to the east." "Then we will ask tribal clans and the Illiniwek Kingdom for help then," said Kagura, "and the Apex Combat Academy can support the army." Hackett took a deep breath and thought before saying, "very well do what can."

"We'll definitely have to go about this strategically," said Wiwoka, "A full frontal assault would be suicide. However, if we can pinpoint the location of the enemy leader, I could open up a portal from your capitol to that location. Your armies could then come through the portal and ambush from behind enemy lines. The only problem is that I myself would need to get behind enemy lines first. That will be the hard part."

Elsewhere, the car with the others in it finally made it in to the academy. The school was a large castle on the side off of a cliff. The students themselves seem to come from all races of Lumea: for Beast-man to human, dwarves to elves, homxenons and even humanoid yokai. "Here we are the ACA, home sweet home," said Royce in a laid back tone.

Aida stared in amazement and Shiro whistled, impressed by what they saw. "Wow," Aida said breathlessly. "Well then, that's pretty big," Shiro said nonchalantly.

"Says Shiro nonchalantly," mocked Royce. "Out of the 11 combat school around the world the academy is the only school that teaches all forms of combat from magic & ki to weapons & technology," Aedre quick explained. "Explained Aedre as no one was listening," said Royce now mocking her. "Is it just me or is everyone here starin at us," asked Cindy as she after many of the student were watching them.

"I think it's US they're staring at," Aida said. By that, she meant her and Shiro, considering that they are new to this world, let alone their academy. "Maybe they got word of what happened by the ocean." "Or maybe they're just ogling at the fact that a bunch of kids are driving by in a fancy looking vehicle," Shiro replied under his breath.

“It wouldn’t matter if they’ve heard about it or not,” says Aedre, “new students here always get a lot of attention.” “If you asked me, I bet you they’re all sizing you guys up right now,” Royce said in a care free tone. The students in academy would often try to get recruited into a knightly order or a mercenary guild. Since only the best are picked every student competes with one another to get noticed.

Re: (IC) Chapter 2: Lumea
"The last thing I would like to worry about is picking a fight for whatever reason," Aida sighed. She looked out the window, at the crowds of young faced students and aged teachers, at the lavish building... at some black object flicker just out of view...
"Hey, Aida, you okay?"
"Wh-what?" Aida just realized Shiro was talking to her while she was distracted. "I was mentioning our days back at our own academy," Shiro said.
"Oh. right."
"Hm, what's eating you?" he asked suspiciously. Aida paused before looking outside again, half expecting to see that strange thing again. No surprise; nothing in that direction moved except for everyone else. "...Nothing."

Re: (IC) Chapter 2: Lumea
After the group stepped out of the car they made their way to the top of the main tower. As they walked, the students around them made no effort to hide the fact that they were watching. At one point, Royce jokingly suggested that Shiro use his keyblade to beat up a group of delinquents only to be stopped Aedre. Once at the top, the group entered into large room were four other students sat waiting along with Kagura and Wiwoka who were both on a big screen monitor.
“Oh good you made it,” Kagura said, “Wiwoka was starting to get worried.”

Shiro scoffed in response. "Right. Because KHA's two top-ranking battlemage and spellsword riding with complete strangers would be in trouble," he said sarcastically. "YOU don't know know how to stay OUT of trouble," Aida mumbled.

Wiwoka examined his surroundings. The people, the structure, the sounds. This world was fairly interesting. However, he wasn't here to take in the scenery. He was ready to get this discussion underway. The heartless were spreading across the multiverse like a disease and they needed to be stopped. He was eager to secure the safety of Lumea's inhabitants so that they could move onto the next world.
